Hi Crazysat. Looks like my 5400 is retiring. When I turn it on after a few seconds its dead.
So I brought it to a technician and he replaced the 2amp fuse. When he plug it in shows
4 leds then blackout agai. If he turn on same thing again and the technician said he don't want
to go further becoz of the availability of the parts. Before I try other technicians do you have any
idea of the problem?

Hello,

After moidfying a value on A/V output under the internel installation
menu of the humax 5400 I can't see anything on the TV.

The humax 5400 is connected directly to the tv by scart.

How can I know modify the changed I made in the A/V output if I cant
see the menu ?

I also tried to check if I see anythign on the RF UHF output but I
cant see anything there either.

How can I see the internal installation menu now ?

I think you boot loader is corrupted.

i have a problem with humax 5400z:

When I press ok button on a channel with viaccess crypt then on the white botton (alphabet) so it depends on the receiver, and still stay on, i must turn off from power switch, please i need your Help thanks
